Hello! Everyone and welcome to icy AFRICANA.com on blogspot. My name is Yetunde and I will be your host and hopefully friend and resource center on many things African for the next......many years. The concept of icy AFRICANA started in June 2006. The reasoning behind icy AFRICANA is to entertain and educate people about the different countries, cultures, lifestyle back home and in the diasopra and the rich diversity of the continent of Africa. Some readers may be familiar with my old blog on Xanga REINCARNATED CREATIVITY which was more personal and sociable. As readership grew on my Xanga Blog I hope the same will apply to this blogspot blog. I hope I will not only entertain, but inform anyone that logs into this blog about the richness and amazing diversity of the great continent of Africa.

icy AFRICANA will be a weekly blog focusing of anything from lifestyle to livelihood. Entries will be on either of these days (Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays) At certain times and as opportunities may present themselves, there will be Exclusives to further entertain, inform and educate you and I.

This blog will carry a more business casual feel. The content will be dynamic and in some cases very intricate. From video clips to, audio and video interviews to audio blogs, I hope I can do my part as an African to educate anyone I can about my home, your home, our home.

This will be an experience for you as much as it will be for me. I hope you will be patient with me and join me on this journey to enlighten the world and ourselves about AFRICA.
